DF-816 high efficiency ash water scale inhibitor and dispersing agent is a new generation of products independently developed and produced by our company for coal gasification process and ash water quality characteristics. It is suitable for ash water treatment in coal water slurry gasification process and all kinds of pulverized coal gasification process. It can effectively reduce the impact of ash water scaling and corrosion on equipment, reduce the amount of pollution, and improve the reuse rate of ash water.

DF-816 high efficiency gray water scale inhibitor and dispersant agent is composed of transient compounds and small molecular monomer compounds with high temperature dispersion and scale inhibition properties. It has a strong dispersion and scale inhibition effect on suspended particles such as carbonate, sulfate, silicate and hydrated iron oxide.

Application method

The high efficiency ash water scale inhibition and dispersant is continuously and evenly added into the ash water system by the dosing device, depending on the working condition. A concentration of 40-90 ppm is recommended.

Packaging and storage

DF-816 high efficiency gray water scale inhibitor and dispersant using 25kg plastic bucket or ton bucket packaging, can also be packaged according to customer requirements.

Protect from sun exposure and store in a dry and ventilated place.

The storage period is twelve months from the date of production.
